Core Values

Reputation Matters

When we put on a uniform with a badge, we stand on the reputation of those who wore a badge before us and we are building a reputation for those who will wear the badge after we are gone. There are built in expectations of our character and behavior by our clients and the general public. It is our responsibility to not tarnish the reputation of ourselves, the company, or the industry by being dishonest or acting without integrity. We must also assume that everything we do, or fail to do, will be observed or recorded. Everything we do will reflect upon our reputation individually, our reputation as a company and as security officers as a profession. Our clients have hired us to perform functions and actions for them in their absence. Acting with honesty and integrity means that we will not abuse the trust they have placed in us, even when there is no one around to see our actions.

Service Above Self

We are not a typical security company. We built a reputation by providing a personalized touch and service to our clients. We maintain that reputation by serving our clients beyond what is expected in our industry. That will mean it takes us a little longer to complete a task because we tidy up after ourselves or make a phone call to a client. Sometimes that will mean we are late going home from a shift because we get a late call and leaving the task for the next officer will create an unacceptable delay. It will always mean we have met and exceeded the client’s expectations. Happy clients enhance our reputation by saying good things about our company and team members.

Caring Expertise

Our clients hire us because we are experts in safety and security. During our interactions with them, we must remember that our clients don’t have the same level of security knowledge. When working with our clients to transfer our knowledge, we need to do so in a way that the client feels “cared for” instead of “talked at.” While providing our service, we will work with people experiencing emotional events and we must ensure we are being respectful of them and demonstrate empathy for their situation.

Discretion & Privacy

We do not share information about our clients with anyone without explicit permission from the client. During the course of our work, we will learn personal information that is not publicly known. We will learn things that should be kept private for security purposes and we will learn information that our clients will not want disclosed to others. It is impossible for us to discern what a client desires without receiving direction from them, so we do not share any information.
